Refunds/Exchanges/Processing/Shipping 

Listed below are my policies as follows. If you have any further questions click the contact me button and I will return all correspondence within the next business day.

Refunds:

There is no refunds.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are acceptable if item(s) are received damaged. All packages have insurance added from the shipping carrier...I.E (USPS, UPS) However you must take a picture immediately after receiving the damage goods, a damage claim will be filed with the shipping company and new replacement items will be shipped out again within 5-7 business days after receiving proof of damage goods. You the consumer is responsible for contacting me within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. After 24 hours Handcraftedbythegem is not responsible for any damage goods.

Processing/Shipping :

All items are handmade therefore please allow 3-5 business days for processing the order. I offer two shipping options express and standard shipping. My express option is priority 3-5 days and my standard priority is 5-7 days. All packages are sent out using priority mail. Please note processing and shipping is not of the same. Processing is the time needed to prepare the order and shipping comes into play once the order has been completed. Packages are sent fresh and made with care and love. 

Covid Shipping Delays: There may be a slight delay with shipping according to the shipping carriers having a shortage of staff and other covid 19 restrictions, please be mindful of such while your package is in transit.
